Refund policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please allow the foam order a 24 period after opening to expand to its actual size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, and a different size than the dimensions that the customer input in the order form, greater than a margin of 1".

To start a return, you can contact us at foamtofit@gmail.com. Please send along a detailed description of the issue, along with pictures and measurements that include the measurement in the full frame of the picture.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-refundable items
Items that are damaged after use are not refundable. Items that you modify in any way are not eligible for refund or replacement. A change in firmness or quality preference is not eligible for refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
