Please measure your current cushion cover from seam to seam. All measurements are processed in inches, to the nearest half inch. Rounding up is usually safer than rounding down.

Firmness -

Firmness does not affect quality. The thicker the foam, the more firm it begins to feel. E.g. 5" foam will begin to feel firmer than 3" foam, etc.

Firm - Firm to extremely firm foam depending on thickness. Thicknesses from 1" to 6" are considered firm, and thicknesses from 7" to 8" are considered extremely firm. However, 7" to 8" thickness is considered only firm for body weights over 200 pounds in seating applications. This foam can be used for regular use applications. 50lb indentation load deflection (ILD).

Medium - Medium feel foam for regular or heavy use applications. Medium Foam is recommended for most applications greater than 3" thickness.  35lb indentation load deflection (ILD)

Soft - A soft foam suggested for regular use. Soft Foam is suggested for the back of sofa cushions. Soft Foam is NOT suggested for chair or seating cushions. Foam has a typical life of 5 years. Soft foam has a 1.2 lb/ft3 density with a 12lb indentation load deflection (ILD).

Dacron is a synthetic fiberfill that wraps around your cushion insert. It adds an additional layer of padding, comfort, and helps fill out your cushion's look. This option includes a 1" thick layer of Dacron that will wrap around the entire cushion. Small upholstery staples are used to secure the wrap, which will not damage your cushion insert or covers.

DO NOT reduce your insert measurements to compensate for the Dacron wrap. It will help fill out the cushion, but not impact the fit.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please allow the foam order a 24 period after opening to expand to its actual size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, and a different size than the dimensions that the customer input in the order form, greater than a margin of 1".

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Items that are damaged after use are not refundable. Items that you modify in any way are not eligible for refund or replacement. A change in firmness or quality preference is not eligible for refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
